Gillian Doucet Campbell, MA, CFRE

Gillian is Founder and Principal Consultant of Impact Generosity. She is a strategic and visionary nonprofit leader that brings over a decade of experience helping organizations unlock their full fundraising and communications potential. Gillian has successfully activated more than $12 million in donations for small to mid-sized nonprofits through major gifts, annual campaigns, grants, sponsorships, and donor stewardship.

Gillian is known for aligning people, processes, and emerging trends into actionable plans that deepen engagement, grow giving, and strengthen donor and volunteer communities. Her approach blends design thinking, integrated technology, and collaborative leadership to deliver results that are both measurable and lasting.

As a motivational, pacesetting leader, Gillian’s fractional fundraising model supports, equips, and inspires nonprofit staff, volunteers, and boards. Her consulting is marked by curiosity, creativity, and intentionality—bringing fresh perspective and best practices to every engagement.

A true fundraising generalist, Gillian’s experience spans capital campaigns, planned giving, CRM systems, community partnerships, and more. At the heart of her work is a commitment to cultivating meaningful relationships and a culture of generous, values-driven stewardship.

Laura Sarmiento Salazar

Laura is a dedicated Grant Writer with a background in Psychology (B.A./B.Sc.) and a Master’s degree in Global Development, bringing a thoughtful, research-informed approach to grants and proposal development. Driven by a strong passion for social justice and community impact, Laura has helped nonprofit organizations secure vital funding for programs focused on housing, gender equity, mental health, and more. She is also a member of the Grant Professionals Association (GPA).

With over 10 years of experience across diverse sectors, Laura has cultivated a well-rounded and dynamic professional profile. Her expertise includes project management, strategic planning, and donor engagement, complemented by specialized training in Project Design, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Social Return on Investment (SROI), among other areas.
